I'm Amanda Eigen and I'm Head of Library Services for Maplewood Memorial Library in Maplewood, NJ. I began my tenure at Maplewood as a part-time Adult Services librarian in 2004 and have been lucky to grow and find new challenges here ever since.

I have worked for the Maplewood Library for 16 years and in that time I have been a Children's Librarian, the Head of Teen Services, and Branch Manager of our Hilton Branch.

As the Development Librarian at Piscataway Public Library, I handle much of the Library's marketing and publicity, and grant-writing. Additionally, I am the staff liaison to our Friends and Foundation groups. 

I am the Education and Curriculum Materials Librarian at the David and Lorraine Cheng Library at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.

I am the Programming & Outreach Manager at LibraryLinkNJ, the New Jersey Library Cooperative as well as chair of the MentorNJ Task Force.
