Responsibilities

The employee is responsible for assisting the Main Office with formulating and implementing successful and cost-effective technology delivery including: website maintenance and development, vendor software, network and desktop infrastructure maintenance, and other technical support-related projects and services.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Exemplary skills, experience and/or an alternative associate’s/technical degree may be substituted
  • 2 years of experience working in a library or public access environment strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment
