Overview

The Library IT Technical Support Specialist position was established for the purpose of providing exemplary technical support services to the Main Library Alliance. The employee is responsible for assisting the Main Office with formulating and executing successful and cost-effective desktop support, network infrastructure maintenance, and other technical support-related projects and services.

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with experience, but within the $45,000-$50,000/yr range
    • Candidates with superior skillsets may qualify for a salary outside this range
