The Stratford Public Library is seeking an organized, hard-working part-time Assistant Director to work alongside the Director. Emphasis will be in children’s services but shared areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, computer and reference services, collection development, programming, public relations, and library management.
Ideal candidate will have obtained a MLS/MLIS or similar degree. Children’s library service experience of at least 2 years is required. Good attendance and punctuality expected, as is a pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor with patrons and staff.
