If your library offers Photoshop on its public computers, or you know of a library in New Jersey that offers Photoshop, please let me know! A patron of ours is looking for a library where he can use Photoshop for free. He has an image from an old newspaper that he is working on.

If you can't find a fellow library with Photoshop, there are several free alternatives like GIMP, https://www.gimp.org/. There are even free photo editors that work in a browser so there's no need to install software like Photopea, https://www.photopea.com/.
