Position Offered: Part-time Maintenance Worker
Start Date: On or about February 15, 2024
Hours: 2 evenings per week 5:30pm-9:30pm, every fourth Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm and every other Sunday 9am-3pm; Flexibility to cover staff absences as requested
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Relevant maintenance/cleaning experience preferred
Compensation: $20/hr
Job Summary:
The Fort Lee Public Library, serving two culturally diverse communities of over 40,000, seeks a reliable and conscientious individual to join our maintenance team in providing a safe, clean and attractive public building. The qualified candidate should demonstrate the ability to perform a variety of physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining a 31,000 square foot building and grounds, open year round, seven days per week.
