Hello,
After Synchrony Bank's credit line ended with Amazon, our library has not been able to find a purchase order friendly option with Amazon. We converted to an Amazon Business account, but were not invited to the Pay By Invoice program. I have not been able to get an answer from Amazon if their American Express card accepted government vouchers/purchase orders.
