Registration Now Open! 2024 NJ Academic Libraries Conference

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for the 2024 New Jersey Academic Libraries Conference, to be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at the Middlesex College, College Center in Edison, NJ.

We have a program of *17* breakout, *16* poster sessions, *10* lightning talks, *8* Roundtables, and a distinguished keynote speaker. This is the largest annual gathering of New Jersey academic librarians, and we hope you will join your colleagues and share your ideas on January 5th.

Invitation For NJ Libraries: NJSL Regulation Working Groups and Listening Sessions

You are invited to apply to participate in the 2023-2025 library regulations review and amendment process. The New Jersey Per Capita State Aid and the Library Network regulations are set to expire in October 2025. The New Jersey State Library is convening a small group of interested individuals to participate in the review and recommendation process for each area of regulation on a monthly/bi-weekly basis through October 2024. NJSL will also be convening a minimum of two listening sessions that are focused on each of the regulation areas.
