Looking for a part time bookkeeper approximately 25 hours per month.
General responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
pay bills and make deposits
record donor contributions
record all income and expenses in Quickbooks
reconcile bank accounts
run monthly payroll, remit taxes and reports, using Quickbooks Payroll
generate monthly financial reports for Board
Federal and state tax returns:
prepare annual financial statements for tax accountant
review draft federal and state tax returns prepared by tax accountant
coordinate the filing of final tax returns
Assist in budget preparation and account analysis.
