This workshop will provide you with the tailored results of your Social Style Profile Assessment. Social Style is determined by a combination of two dimensions of behavior: assertiveness and responsiveness. Both incorporate interpersonal communication preferences, as well as traits that can be learned and practiced. Improve your overall work and personal satisfaction by learning to understand and apply your Social Style in a variety of settings.

Between managing your own time and projects, helping your team members solve problems and complete tasks, and helping other supervisors, your day can fill up before you know it. This workshop will help supervisors become more efficient working within the time they have and the assignments they juggle. These are not just Google Docs/Slides with hyperlinks- HyperDocs are created with all the aspects a strong lesson and can b e adapted for a variety of goals. This is an effective way to offer student “voice and choice”.

Currently, our library staff can make up four generations of individuals. This is four generations of people who have grown up with different values and ethics in the work environment. So what happens when we clash? When our communication styles are different? No generation is wrong. We just need to learn to adapt to each generation's style.
