Forums

You are invited to apply to participate in the 2023-2025 library regulations review and amendment process. The New Jersey Per Capita State Aid and the Library Network regulations are set to expire in October 2025. The New Jersey State Library is convening a small group of interested individuals to participate in the review and recommendation process for each area of regulation on a monthly/bi-weekly basis through October 2024. NJSL will also be convening a minimum of two listening sessions that are focused on each of the regulation areas.

Library Network Regulations: We will be convening a small (up to 5) member working group to identify areas of the regulations which would benefit from being updated (if any) and to propose new or amended language to the regulations.  If you’re interested in being considered for this working group, please provide your contact information.

Per Capita State Aid: NJSL will convene a small (up to 7) member working group to identify areas of the regulations which would benefit from being updated (if any) and to propose new or amended language to the regulations.
