Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for the 2024 New Jersey Academic Libraries Conference, to be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at the Middlesex College, College Center in Edison, NJ.
We have a program of *17* breakout, *16* poster sessions, *10* lightning talks, *8* Roundtables, and a distinguished keynote speaker. This is the largest annual gathering of New Jersey academic librarians, and we hope you will join your colleagues and share your ideas on January 5th.
Our theme is "Building the Future of Libraries: Technology, Community, & Student Success". Emily Drabinski, Associate Professor in the Queens (N.Y.) College Graduate School of Library and Information Science and current President of the American Library Association will be our keynote speaker.

2024 marks the 25th Anniversary of VALE NJ and the Conference Planning Committee has been organizing a special commemoration for the 2024 conference. We invite you to contribute to this effort by submitting photos or images from prior conferences. You can upload directly to our Dropbox linked below. We have a special need for images from conferences held prior to 2006. Also conferences held in 2017, 2018, and screenshots from the virtual conferences held in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
