The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC) provides a no-cost, home-delivered accessible reading service as a regional library of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS), a division of the U.S. Library of Congress. TBBC serves NJ residents of all ages who have difficulty reading standard print or holding a book or turning the pages of a book because of a physical impairment, a reading disability or a vision challenge. TBBC's services include digital audiobooks, audio magazines, Braille (both print and web Braille), digital talking book machines, an app for the iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch ("BARD Mobile") and news services.
